Here is a great, cheap and easy recipe! They serve it for $2.75 a slice where DH used to have lunch everyday in Indiana ... I got the recipe, and it tastes just like it! Woohoo!! It cost me about $5.00 to make the whole thing!! This is one of my most favorite desserts!!
In a 13x9 pan, put down a layer of graham crackers, then 1/2 of the pudding mixture, then another layer of crackers, then the other half of the pudding mixture over that layer of crackers. Put another layer of crackers on top of that.
Heat the frosting in microwave for just under a minute ... just enough to be able to almost pour the frosting over the crackers; pour frosting over last layer of crackers.
Refrigerate until all is firm, usually about 24 hours.
