Pepperoni Casserole
2lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1 lb. box rotini pasta
2 jars spaghetti sauce
2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
2 tablespoons parsley
1 lb. pepperoni (sliced)
Brown ground beef and onion, add parsley set aside. Cook pasta, in a
large casserole pan, combine pasta, spaghetti sauce, ground beef mixture, parsley,
1 cup cheese, and pepperoni. Stir to mix. Then add 1 cup cheese over top.
