Microwave Banana Split Cake

Microwave Banana Split Cake

Description:
Good, and sooooo easy!

Ingredients:
1 Box Jiffy yellow cake mix (and ingredients called for on box)
1 pkg instant vanilla or banana pudding (I used the already made
stuff and it worked great)
1 tub Cool Whip
Bananas
Maraschino Cherries
Chocolate syrup
Small can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Mix with a spoon instead of a
mixer. Pour batter into microwave safe dish sprayed with Pam and
microwave on high for four minutes. If your microwave does not have a
turntable, turn dish one-half turn every two minutes. The wattage of
your microwave will determine how long to cook the cake, so be sure
and check it every two minutes. (Mine only takes 4-5 minutes.) Remove
from microwave and let stand five minutes. Spread on pudding. Pour
crushed pineapple, juice and all on cake. Follow with a thin layer of
whipped cream. Slice bananas on top of Cool Whip. Add another layer
of Cool Whip. Top with cherries and drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
You can refrigerate for a while or eat it right away.

Number Of Servings:6-8

Preparation Time:15 minutes tops
