INGREDIENTS:
1 cup oil 2 cups beer 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1-1/2 teaspoons salt 2 bay leaves 1 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon basil 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon thyme 1 10-pound chuck steak or tri tip steak
TO PREPARE:
1. Combine oil, beer, lemon juice and seasonings. Pour over meat. 2. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. 3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place steak in roasting pan and brush with marinade. 4. Roast in oven for 2-1/2 hours for rare steak.
