boneless, skinless chicken breasts - how many ever you need to feed family 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 large can mushrooms (optional) 1 box stuffing
Place soup with 2 cans of water into 9x13 pan (you can add peas and/or carrots if you'd like) Stir in mushrooms (optional) Place chicken breasts in soup Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion powder and poultry seasoning on top of chicken Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for 20 mins While chicken is baking, prepare stuffing per box instructions
After chicken has been baking for 20 mins spoon prepared stuffing all over the top of the chicken. Bake an additional 10 mins uncovered Serve with rice or potatoes
