Make Anise and Lemon Tea Mix

Blend 3 tablespoons of anise seeds, 2 cups of tea leaves and 1/2 cup of grated dried lemon peel and store in an airtight container. To serve, put 1 teaspoon of tea into 6 to 8 ounces of boiling water and allow it to steep for 5 minutes.
