1 cup reduced-fat vanilla yogurt 1 medium-ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen 1/4 cup each frozen, unsweetened strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries 1 cup fat-free milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings
