Preparation: 1. Cube fruits and blend with lemon juice and sweetener. 2. According to the package directions dissolve the gelatin in hot water. Add fruit mixture. 3. Mix in an ice cream maker and freeze. If an ice cream maker is not available, use an electric hand mixer. Blend until smooth. 4. Place in the freezer then remove every 15 minutes to avoid the formation of ice crystals.
