2 medium baking potatoes 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese 1 tsp. paprika 3/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. dried thyme (optional) Salt & pepper to taste
Cut each potato in half lengthwise, and each half into 4 wedges. Toss potato wedges with oil in a bowl to coat thoroughly. Add other ingredients and toss again until all wedges are well coated.
Place potato wedges on a baking sheet that has been lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 375o for 45-50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned.
