4 thighs, skin removed 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1/3 c each chopped onion and celery 2 cloves garlic, chopped Dash Worchesteshire Dash Tabasco 1/4 c ketchup Sprinkle of each: chili powder, crushed red peppers, black pepper 4 small red potatoes, cubed
Put vegetables and chicken thighs in crockpot. Add tomatoes, ketchup, and rest of ingredients. Cook in crockpot on high 1 hour. Stir. Cook 4 hr. on low.
