1 can (10 ounces) onion soup ½ cup margarine, melted ¼ cup chopped onion 1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts 1 can (4.5 ounces) mushrooms 1 cup long-grain rice, uncooked
Directions Combine the onion soup, chopped onions and margarine. Add water chestnuts and mushrooms (reserving liquid from both). Add enough water to the reserved liquid to make 1 1/3 cups. Stir the water and rice into mixture. Mix well. Pour into a lightly greased baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
