I havn't made these yet, but a lady in our WW class gave us the recipe. It's so easy, I think I'll be making these tis week...to head off those sweet cravings that do me in! These are supposed to be so moist that you don't even need icing...YUMMY!
1 box spice cake mix 1 can pumpkin puree (small can...NOT pumpkin pie mix) 3/4 c. water
Mix all ingredients together and divideinto muffin cups. Bake at 350*F for 15-20 mins. Check for doneness with toothpick.
Heard about a variation on these and tried a couple. A friend at church told me you can use different flavors of cake mix with them. I have tried the devil's food and butter pecan! YUM! You can't taste the pumpkin in the chocolate..but they are oh so moist!!!!!
