Citrus Poppy Seed Dressing
A refreshing citrus mayonnaise-based dressing that’s perfect over any type of fresh fruit.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
3 to 4 tablespoons half & half
1 teaspoon poppy seed
1 teaspoon grated lime or orange peel
1. Whisk together all dressing ingredients in small bowl. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour.
Makes 2/3 cup dressing.
TIP: Serve over assorted fresh fruit, as desired.
