2 pounds cubed frozen hash brown potatoes (defrosted) 1 pint sour cream 1 can mushroom soup 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 cup chopped onions 1 stick margarine salt and pepper to taste
Melt margarine and stir into your defrosted potatoes. Mix Sour cream and can of soup together and add to potato mixture. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Put all in a baking pan .Cover with some bread crumbs or crumbled potato chips . Bake about 1 hour uncovered at 350 degrees.
