Skillet Ribeye Steak  

 
  
2 rib eye steaks cut 1-inch thick (approx 1 lb)  
1 TBS olive oil  
1 TBS fresh lemon juice  
2 TBS crumbled feta cheese  
1 TBS chopped Kalamatra olives  

Seasoning:  
1 1/2 Tsp garlic powder  
1 1/2 Tsp dried basil leaves  
1 1/2 Tsp dried oregano  
1/2 Tsp salt  
1/8 Tsp pepper  

Combine seasonings and press on both sides of beef. 
In a nonstick skillet heat oil over medium heat till hot.  
Cook steaks in skillet, turning once. 10 to 15 minutes  
for medium rare. sprinkle with lemon juice.  To serve,  
sprinkle with feta and olives.  
Serves 2-4
