Peanut Butter Crumb Bars

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cold butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups oats
1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND®® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 (12-ounce) package peanut butter or butterscotch-flavored chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. (325° for glass dish). In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in oats. Reserving 1 1 2/ cups crumb mixture, press remainder on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside. In medium saucepan, over low heat, combine EAGLE BRAND and chips; cook and stir until chips melt. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Spread evenly over crumb mixture. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture; press down. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool thoroughly. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
