Fill a 4 1/2 quart slow cooker with potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Now water or aluminum foil is necessary!
Baked Sweet Potatoes
6 sweet potatoes, unpeeled 1/4 cup water
Place potatoes in a 4 1/2 quart slow cooker. Add water, cover and cook for 1 hour on high, then turn to low for 6-8 hours or til sweet potatoes are tender.
