1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and chopped 1/4 cup lime juice (2 limes) 1 teaspoon sugar syrup 3/4 cup white rum Crushed Ice
Place the mango and lime juice in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Process until blended. Add the sugar syrup and the rum. Pulse to mix.
Pour the mixture over a glass full of crushed ice.
Note: To make sugar syrup, heat 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves.
*To keep any frozen cocktail on hand...or to make ahead for a party, make your cocktail and freeze individual portions in small ziplock bags. Keep in the freezer until needed. To make filling the bag easier, place bag inside of the cocktail glass you will serve it in, fold down the top, fill the bag to the desired level, and then unfold and seal the bag...freeze! Instant party!
