THE CLASSIC GIN MARTINI

Dry Vermouth
2 ounces gin, chilled

Pour a little bit of dry vermouth in a chilled martini glass and swirl to
coat the inside of the glass. Dispose of excess vermouth. In a shaker full of ice,
gently swirl or stir the gin before straining into glass.

Serving suggestion: Garnish with olives, lemon twist or cocktail onion and add rocks if you like.

THE CLASSIC VODKA MARTINI

Dry Vermouth
2 ounces vodka, chilled

Pour a little bit of dry vermouth in a chilled martini glass and swirl to
coat the inside of the glass. Dispose of excess vermouth. In a shaker full of ice,
gently swirl or stir the vodka before straining into glass.

Serving suggestion: Garnish with olives or lemon twist and add rocks if you like.


THE DIRTY MARTINI

2 1/2 shots Gin
1/2 shot of brine from cocktail olives
1/8 shot extra-dry Vermouth


Shake ingredients with ice in cocktail shaker and strain. Serve chilled.


MEYER LEMON MARTINI

4 ounces vodka
2 ounces Meyer lemon juice
1/2 cup fine sugar on a small plate to sugar the rim of the glass
2 Meyer lemon slices

In a martini shaker combine all ingredients except the lemon slices and sugar with a generous amount of ice. Shake vigorously for a few seconds. Rub the rim of the glass with a lemon slice and dredge in the sugar. Strain the libation from the ice into a martini glass. Garnish with the lemon slices.


BLOOD ORANGE MARTINI


4 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce triple sec or flavored orange liqueur
2 ounces blood orange juice
2 blood orange slices

In a martini shaker combine all ingredients except the orange slices with a generous amount of ice. Shake vigorously for a few seconds. Strain the libation from the ice into a martini glass. Garnish with the orange slices.


BLUSHING MARTINI

Crushed ice
6 ounces berry-flavored vodka
3 ounces raspberry schnapps
1 cup white grape juice
Sugared rose petals, for garnish


Fill a large martini shaker with ice and add the vodka and raspberry schnapps. Add the grape juice and shake. Strain into 4 chilled martini glasses. Garnish with sugared rose petals.


TEQUILA MARTINI


2 ounces Tequila (preferably aged blue Agave)
4 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon TripleSec
Twist of lime zest
1 strip (1/4 x 3/4inch) of serrano chile (stem and seeds removed)
A cocktail skewer


In a pitcher or a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila and the ice cubes and stir or shake 20 times. Place the Triple Sec in a chilled cocktail glass, swirl it around to coat the inside of the glass, and discard it. Strain the tequila into the glass. Thread the twist of lime and the strip of chile onto the cocktail skewer, perch it on the rim of the glass, and serve at once.


KEY LIME MARTINI

3 tablespoons Liquor 43
1 tablespoon lemon-flavored vodka
2 tablespoons Key lime juice
2 tablespoons heavy cream


In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Liquor 43, vodka, Key lime juice and cream. Cover, shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.
