PUMPKIN PIE SPICE

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

* 1/4 teaspoon ground mace
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Makes about 2-1/2 teaspoons, enough for 1 pumpkin pie.

I was wondering if anyone has a receipe for pumpkin pie made from fresh pumpkin.  I prefer to make one that way rather than using canned pumpkin but I have lost my receipe when my ex moved out years ago.
