2 (12- by 18-inch) pieces heavy-duty aluminum foil 1 cup instant rice 1 (10-3/4 ounce) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 boneless pork chops, about 1/2-inch thick 1 medium green bell pepper, cubed 1/2 small onion, thinly sliced 4 ice cubes
Preheat oven to 450 F or grill to medium-high. Spray foil pieces with nonstick cooking spray. In small bowl combine rice, soup, water and soy sauce. Center half of rice mixture on each sheet of aluminum foil that you have sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange pork chops on top of rice mixture. Top with pepper, onion and ice cubes.
Bring up foil sides of each packet. Double-fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Grill 12 to 14 minutes in covered grill or 24 to 28 minutes on open grill or until chops are no longer pink.
