Mixed Fruit Bread
1 1/3 cups water 2 tablespoons butter 3 1/2 cups bread flour 3 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons dry milk 2 teaspoons salt 2 packages active dry yeast (or 2 1/2 tspns bread machine yeast) 1 1/4 cups mixed dried fruit 1/2 cup chopped nuts Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Process on the appropriate cycle. Add fruit and nuts 15 minutes after starting. This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
