I hope you all are having a wonderful summer. In Kansas City it's hot and humid...so things are pretty much normal.

Because of the heat, we're doing alot more grilling out, and I posted a bunch of new grill recipes. I hope you check out the grilled corn and veggie recipes in the Veggies and Sides section. One thread has Several Corn on the Cob Recipes, then there is Margarittaville Veggies, Grilled Veggie Recipes, Grilled Cheese Potatoes, Bacon Wrapped Grilled Corn, and Rosemary Grilled Onions! These grilled veggie recipes will keep any vegetarian (or omnivore) happy all summer!


For the meat eaters among us we have Cassi's Spicy Latin American Kabobs, Fajita Kabobs, Juicy Burger's Delux. For chicken lovers, there are Italian Chicken Kabobs, and Drunken Chicken!

For wonderfully cool summer salads, check out the salad section! There are recipes for Baked Potato Salad, Labor Day Pasta Salad, Summer Bean Salad, Oriental Salad, Mexican Potato Salad, Creamy Fruit Salad.

What would summer be without tall, cool drinks? We've posted a ton of fabulous drink recipes, both barside and farside (kid friendly). Lemon Mirage, Frozen Sunset, Lavendar Lemonade, Mojitos, and Frozen Mocha Cafe.
