1 pkg. Chocolate cake mix 8 oz. Sour Cream 1 cup Water 4 Eggs 3/4 cup Vegetable oil 1 pkg. Chocolate instant pudding & pie filling (4 serving size) 1 cup Chocolate chips
Lightly grease inside of slow cooker. Combine cake mix, sour cream, water, eggs & oil in large bowl until well blended. Stir in pudding mix until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour mixture into slow cooker. Cover & cook on LOW 6-8 hours or on HIGH 3-4 hours.
* This is a new one I just tried the other weekend. It's the bomb!!!! Who knew you could make cake in the crockpot?! Anyway, if you cook it on low I would suggest giving it the full amount of time (8 hours). It was still kinda gooey in the middle on the 6th hour. Cooking it on low doesn't really give it any kind of crust. Cooking it on high does make an outer crust.
