4 salmon steaks (6 oz. each), 3/4-inch thick * 2/3 cup KC MasterpieceŽ Honey Teriyaki Barbecue Sauce * Optional: 2 tablespoons minced green onions
Place salmon in shallow dish. Combine barbecue sauce and onions (optional); pour over salmon, turning over to coat both sides. Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour. Remove salmon, discard sauce. Grill fish over medium-hot coals 5 minutes. Turn over and brush with fresh KC MasterpieceŽ Honey Teriyaki Barbecue Sauce. Grill 5-7 minutes longer, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
