Fajitas


Molasses combines with popular Tex-Mex flavors for real crowd-pleaser.


Marinade:
1/4 cup Grandma's Molasses Unsulphured
1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons ReaLime lime juice
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic gloves, minced


1 lb. Boneless top round or sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
10 (8 to 10-inch) flour tortillas, softened
4 oz. (1 cup) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Refried beans
Chopped tomatoes
Shredded lettuce
Chopped avocado
Salsa
Dairy sour cream


In medium bowl, combine all marinade ingredients; mix well. Add steak; stir to coat. Cover; marinate 4 to 6 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.


In large skillet, stir-fry meat mixture 5 minutes or until brown. To serve, place meat on center of each tortilla; top with cheese, refried beans, tomatoes, lettuce, avocado and salsa. Roll up envelope fashion. Serve with sour cream. 5 servings
