1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup water 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind 2 tablespoons gin 2 tablespoons light rum 2 tablespoons white tequila 2 tablespoons vodka 2 tablespoons Triple Sec 1/2 cup cola beverage 2 lemon or orange slices, for garnish
In a small saucepan combine the sugar, water, and lemon rind. Bring mixture to a boil and cook, stirring, for 1 minute, or until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool. Strain and discard lemon zest.
Combine gin, rum, tequila, vodka, triple sec, and the cooled lemon simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into 2 ice-filled Collins glasses and top with the cola. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with fruit slices and serve immediately.
