I made The Lady and Son's Southern Fried Chicken Sunday for dinner...it was GREAT!!!

I've always been fried chicken challenged but this was just awesome! It was tasty and very crunchy...like Popeye's or KFC. The hot sauce in the egg bath didn't make it hot at all...but added a nice layer of flavor. I will definately make this again and again. I hope you try it...it's really a keeper.
