I made Outback's Alice Springs Chicken for dinner last night and it was good. I did make a few adjustments though. I used regular shredded cheddar and no mushrooms. Here's how the 3 of us graded it on a scale of 1-5:
DH: (could eat it everynight!) Me: 1/2 (a little too mustardy for me) DD: LOL - she gave it a She picked off the bacon and ate it, then wiped off the honey mustard sauce and ate the inside of the chicken only! LOL Picky girl!!
