Tangy, zesty and refreshing. This sorbet is the perfect ending to a rich meal.
2 c. water 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. Nestea Herb*Tea - Lemon Splash 1 T. fresh lime juice 1/2 tsp. grated lime rind
Combine water and sugar in a med. sauce pan and heat to a boil or until it is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in Nestea Herb*Tea - Lemon Splash until thoroughly mixed. Stir in lime juice and rind. Allow mixture to cool. Pour into a shallow baking dish and freeze for 4-5 hours, checking consistency and whisking once every hour or until smooth.
When it is slush like, transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
