·         1 teaspoon  rubbed sage

·         1/2 teaspoon  cayenne pepper

·         1/2 teaspoon  black pepper

·         1/2 teaspoon  garlic powder

·         2 teaspoons  butter

Combine seasonings and sprinkle chops with seasoning mixture on both sides.

In a skillet, heat butter over medium high heat, till it nearly turns brown. Put chops in the skillet and reduce heat to medium. Cook on both sides until nice and brown, a total of 6-8 minutes. That’s it!

LC SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve with faux tay-toes (steam a head of cauliflower till fork tender, drain and mash with cream cheese to get a mashed potato consistency) and braised kale (to prepare, clean kale, derib, roll up and slice in ribbons, sauté in a little olive oil and then add water, cover and cook till tender),

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Use real mashed potatoes as well.
