This is an easy recipe my MIL gave me when David and I got married. I've changed it a little but it is easy and my family loves it. It's good for when your stomach isn't feel too good either.
3-4 chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom
Rice
salt and pepper to taste
small amount water
Cook chicken breast (a lot of times I just put chicken in the crockpot with enough water to cover it and let it cook during the day until I'm ready to start the recipe). Tear into bite size pieces. Cook rice. Add chicken to it along with soups. Add salt, pepper, and enough water to thin it out (as much as you like). Let it cook for about 10 minutes on stove top or until hot.
My MIL also uses cream of celery, but David doesn't care for it so I tend to leave it out. You can also fix the rice and the rest separate and serve the chicken over the rice or use noodles instead. There are a lot of variations for it.
