*A rich, creamy dessert with a mild lemon flavor. This does have cream cheese but it doesn't really taste like cheesecake...just yummy! If you don't like lemon, try it with limeade concentrate for mock key lime pie, or frozen strawberry daqueri mix and strawberry Cool Whip...for a delicious strawberry version. Very versatile!

LEMONADE PIE
1~ 9" graham cracker pie crust 8 ounces of cream cheese (softened) 8 ounce container of whipped topping (thawed) 3/4 cup of frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed) 1 can sweetened condensed milk (like Eagle Brand...NOT evaporated milk
In blender, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemonade concentrate. Blend until smooth, approx 45 seconds to 1 minute. Pour into a large mixing bowl and fold in thawed whipped topping. Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
