1 small box of your favorite sugar free pudding (2 if you use deep dish pie shell)
1 3/4 1% or skim milk (or whatever your pudding calls for to make pie)
9" pie shell
4 oz Cool Whip (may need 8oz if use deep dish)
Make your pudding with the milk according to package directions. After mixing, gently fold in Cool Whip and pour into pie shell. Can cover top with extra Cool Whip if you like.
This is soooo good. David and even the girls love it.
You can also do this with Jell-o. You just have to let it jell slightly before adding the Cool Whip.
