Spamburgers

Gotta love the ...lol!

1 can
1 small yellow onion
4 slices american cheese
1 Tbsp butter
Mayo, ketchup, pickles, etc...your favorite condiments
Hamburger buns

Slice to make four patties (crosswise, into large squares). Slice onion
into rings and saute in butter until transparent. Move onions to the side of
the skillet and cook on both sides until golden. Place one slice of
cheese on each slice, let it melt a little, top with grilled onions.
Place patties on bun and fix it up to your taste with fav. condiments (we like mayo,
pickles and slice of tomato).

YUMMY... Serves 4 normal people (or one husband)
