Ti's Potatoes
6 potatoes - cooked, cooled, grated **1 cube melted butter1 can cream of chicken soup3/4 cup green onions1 pint sour cream
Mix all together. Salt and pepper to taste. Put either grated cheese or corn flakes on top. Bake at 350*F for 1 hour.
**You may also use frozen shredded hashbrowns or cubed hashbrowns. It's good either way!
I haven't made this for a while ... I think I'll make some tonight with the Outback Chicken I'm making! Mmm mmm!!
